Cats and dogs are welcome!

Your pets are part of our family. That means finding a home that welcomes all of you. We couldn’t agree more, which is why we are a pet-friendly residence.

Pet related security deposit increase

$1,000 per apartment

Pet rent

$50 per pet

Max of one pet allowed per apartment.

Max weight limit: N/A

Management reserves the right to deny residency to any animal deemed aggressive whose breed is not explicit listed. Should your pet injure other pets, or other residents, you will be asked to remove the pet from the premises immediately. Pets much be on a leash at all times when outside the apartment home.

The following breeds are restricted:

• Alaskan Malamute

• American Bull Dog

• American Staffordshire Terrier

• Argentine Dogo

• Bull Mastiff

• Cane Corso

• Doberman Pinscher

• Fila Brasileiro

• German Shepherd

• Pit Bull

• Presa Canario

• Rottweiler

• Staffordshire Bull Terrier

• Tosa Inu

• Wolf Hybrids

• All mixes of these breeds

The following pets are also restricted:

• Monkeys

• Ferrets

• Snakes

• Rabbits

• Livestock

• Reptiles
